KINESIA® è un marchio registrato, tutelato a livello nazionale e internazionale per prodotti appartenenti alla Classe 25 della Classificazione Internazionale di Nizza.
I diritti di utilizzo e di sfruttamento commerciale del marchio KINESIA® sono concessi in licenza esclusiva a KINESIA S.r.l. in tutte le giurisdizioni in cui il marchio è registrato e tutelato.
KINESIA S.r.l. è il soggetto titolare della licenza esclusiva per lo sfruttamento commerciale del marchio KINESIA® e della relativa tecnologia brevettata, nonché l’unico referente per la gestione commerciale ufficiale del brand.
A chiarimento della storia commerciale del progetto, si precisa che Feetness S.r.l., società che ha originariamente sviluppato e gestito il progetto KINESIA®, non ha mai fatto parte di alcun gruppo societario e, durante il proprio periodo di attività, non ha mai stipulato accordi di distribuzione né conferito a terzi autorizzazioni o diritti per lo sfruttamento commerciale del marchio KINESIA® e della relativa tecnologia.
Solo KINESIA S.r.l. è legittimata a rilasciare autorizzazioni ufficiali relative al marchio KINESIA® e allo sfruttamento della tecnologia brevettata incorporata nei prodotti. KINESIA S.r.l. non ha rilasciato ad alcun soggetto terzo autorizzazioni ufficiali in tal senso.
Si precisa che eventuali rimanenze di prodotti presso operatori terzi, derivanti da forniture effettuate in passato, non conferiscono agli operatori stessi la qualifica di rivenditori o distributori ufficiali KINESIA®. È vietato utilizzare contenuti del brand non approvati dall’attuale licenziataria esclusiva KINESIA S.r.l., nonché diffondere comunicazioni che inducano a ritenere esistenti rapporti ufficiali di collaborazione, partnership o distribuzione in assenza di specifica autorizzazione scritta di KINESIA S.r.l.

Tecnologia brevettata
L'architettura del tessuto elasto-contenitivo a trama interlacciata, che costituisce il supporto funzionale propriocettivo dei prodotti KINESIA®, è tutelata da brevetti per invenzione industriale in Italia, Europa, Stati Uniti e altre giurisdizioni.
L’utilizzo industriale del metodo di esecuzione della tecnologia tessile brevettata alla base dei prodotti KINESIA® è consentito esclusivamente a KINESIA S.r.l.

Trademark
KINESIA® is a registered trademark protected nationally and internationally for goods in Class 25 of the Nice Classification.
The rights to use and commercially exploit the KINESIA® trademark are licensed exclusively to KINESIA S.r.l. in all jurisdictions where the trademark is registered and protected.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
KINESIA S.r.l. is the exclusive licensee for the commercial exploitation of the KINESIA® trademark and the related patented technology, and the sole reference point for the official commercial management of the brand.
For clarification of the project’s commercial history, Feetness S.r.l., the company that originally developed and managed the KINESIA® project, was never part of any corporate group and, throughout its period of operation, never entered into distribution agreements or granted third parties any rights or authorizations to commercially exploit the KINESIA® trademark or the related technology.
Only KINESIA S.r.l. is entitled to issue official authorizations concerning the KINESIA® trademark and the exploitation of the patented technology incorporated into the products. KINESIA S.r.l. has not issued any such official authorizations to third parties.
Any remaining stock of products held by third-party operators as a result of past supplies does not confer on those operators the status of official KINESIA® resellers or distributors. The use of brand content not approved by the current exclusive licensee, KINESIA S.r.l., is prohibited, as is the dissemination of any communications that suggest the existence of official collaboration, partnership or distribution relationships without specific written authorization from KINESIA S.r.l.
Any unauthorized exploitation of the KINESIA® trademark or patented technology is prohibited. The reproduction, copying, modification, distribution or other unauthorized use, in whole or in part, of official KINESIA® content and materials published on calzekinesia.com, including texts, images, photographs, graphic elements, product descriptions and technical materials, is also prohibited, as is their use for any purpose not expressly authorized by KINESIA S.r.l.
